Take a look at the photo below to get an idea of the glow from the tritium-filled front sight of the Pug. I shut the lights off and took a long exposure so you could see the actual glow of the sight off of the stainless steel of the gun:
The fact is, this gun is perfect for dark parking lots or back alleyways late at night. When you are scared, shooting blind is the last thing you want to do, and the little green glow of the Trijicon sight lets you know exactly where the gun is pointed. Daytime visibility is superb, and shooting the gun is a breeze with a high contrast white on black background.
